A five-week residential programme delivered over your first two years with us, our Graduate Development Programme has been in place since 2001. Understandably, we’re immensely proud of the programme, and the graduates that have come through it. Along with this, graduates receive on-the-job coaching and mentoring by supervisors and counsellors, as well as having access to online learning resources and a dedicated library. The programme has won a prestigious National Training Award, confirming it as the best in the construction industry. Further evidence is the number of graduates who are achieving their professional accreditation through the programme which is consistently higher than any of our competitors.
What’s more, we never stop learning - from trainee to Partner, there are always development opportunities and support to help you progress whether that be attending a workshop, coaching or participating in our Leadership Development Programme. We are an ‘Investors in People’ organisation and this means that we are committed to reviewing your development needs regularly and supporting you to help you achieve your full potential. In the last year alone our people have participated in over 3,000 days of training.
