Project managers provide a vital independent and professional service to plan, lead, organise and control the management of projects and programmes, from inception through to handover. Our project managers - who are selected for their diplomatic, commercial, creative and management skills - work with clients to manage the appointment of the required consultants. They advise on methods of selection and the agreement of the consultants’ services and fees; then going on to provide a single point of contact for the client when dealing with third parties, contractors and suppliers.
