Year Out placements represent the opportunity to gain valuable work experience. You’ll be able to start recording your professional diary and attend the first year of our award-winning Graduate Development Programme - a programme that’s been specifically designed and tailored to help you to meet your career aspirations.

During your year with us you will attend relevant weeks of the Graduate Development Programme at Aston Business School in Birmingham for professional, technical and personal skills training, along with interactive workshops. To complement your learning, you’ll be an integral part of a project team, with the opportunity to work on site and gain firsthand experience of working with clients.

Once you’ve returned to university we’d love you to stay in touch - that way we can provide you with any information or insight which may help you in your final year studies. If your placement has gone well we will also consider you for future graduate opportunities and fast-track you through the selection process.
